- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the banana, mixed berries, yogurt, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
