Not only are they a delicious treat, but they’re also a fun way to sneak in some extra nutrients!

  1. Banana Berry Blast Popsicles: Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the banana, mixed berries, yogurt, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  3. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
  4. Creamy Avocado Lime Popsicles: Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the avocado, lime juice, coconut milk, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
